South Korea, Taiwan (Chinese), Singapore, Vietnam, Italy, France, Thailand and Peru lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 27%.
Peru, with a CAGR of +12,794.7%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of imports, among the main suppliers over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Other plastic tubes, pipes and hoses (14K tons), flexible tubes, pipes and hoses of plastics, without fittings (12K tons) and flexible tubes, pipes and hoses of plastics, with fittings (3.1K tons) were the main products of plastic hose and hose fitting imports to China, with a combined 91% share of total imports.

Overall, import price indicated a perceptible increase from 2013 to 2024: its price increased at an average annual rate of +2.4% over the last eleven years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 an increase of 61%. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $24,628 per ton in 2023, and then contracted notably in the following year.
